In an appearance on Meet the Press on Sunday, Pennsylvania Gov. Ed Rendell was asked by Tim Russert if he thought the Clinton campaign should “fire Mark Penn?” Rendell’s responded, in what appeared to be a nervous smile on his face, “Well, there are a lot of issues in which you can raise that question.” He continued, “I think you’ve got to make it very clear, when you are someone who is a consultant, who you are representing and who you are not representing. And I would hope that Mr. Penn, when he talked to the Colombians, made that clear. It doesn’t sound like he did and that’s something the campaign should take into question.”

On Friday, the Clinton campaign released the tax returns of Bill and Hillary Clinton which showed that the former president received income of $400,000 a year for his role as an advisor to infoUSA in 2007 and 2006.
On Thursday of this week, infoUSA, a database provide based in Omaha, got some unwelcome news in the form of a warning from the NASDAQ market stating that the company risks the prospect of being delisted from the exchange because they had not filed their annual report or Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2007 in a timely fashion.
